Digident Laboratory manufacture a comprehensive range of Occlusal Splints to assist in the management of bruxism and TMJ disorders. We are Digital Splint specialists and utilise the latest technology to design and mill splints in our range. Our digital splints can offer an accurate fit and will save time in the clinic with minimal adjustment time required. We also manufacture splints utilising traditional techniques in a variety of materials to suit specific needs or requirements.

Our range of Mandibular Advancement Devices used for treating snoring and sleep apnoea include the Silensor, MDSA and Dorsal devices. We have developed our own variation of the Dorsal Device we call the ‘Mako’. The Mako is a variation on the standard design that incorporates our curved fin design on the lower portion of the device. Our Digident Laboratory team manufactures a full range of removable prosthetic appliances including full and partial dentures, immediate and implant overdentures, repairs and relines, trays, bites, and surgical guides. Digident Laboratory offers crown and bridge options in a large range of materials that can be milled in our Amann Girrbach DNA Generation Motion 2, five axis wet and dry milling systems. We offer a range of zirconia materials, glass ceramics and hybrid ceramic materials that can be milled utilising wet and dry milling strategies.
